Cheshire Calm is a service that offers: 

  • 1-to-1 Meditation Instruction / Guided Meditation

  • 1-to-1 Mindfulness Tuition 

  • Reiki Healing Treatments 

  • Group Meditation 

Healing of body and mind using relaxation, meditation, prayer, and "energy work" has been practiced by mankind for millennia.  Although ancient in origin, these techniques can be used to complement modern medicine and promote general well-being.  Mindfulness can also be used to manage stress/anxiety and can help with the management of chronic pain. 

Services and tuition are provided by Jim Wilson who has many years of experience working with meditation techniques for stress reduction, pain management, the promotion of wellbeing, and spiritual development.  Jim has worked with people from all walks of life, both in classes and on a 1-to-1 basis.
